The Gardens

Besides spectacular ocean views and it’s own beach access this 2.4 gated acre property surrounds you with manicured gardens. The lushest landscaping in the islands with extensive patios and seating areas along with a stunning hidden grotto and waterfall, complete this estate. The gardens have been designed to allow for colour all year round.  The grotto also features a small pool with a waterfall, the home to 20+ fresh water turtles and a few frogs.  A great place to read a book on a lazy afternoon!

All of the trees, bushes, flowers and vines have labels to help you identify what you see. Feel free to ask our gardener about any of the plants, many of which are native to the TCI. The gardens also attract a variety of insects, birds and reptiles. There are at least 8 different types of small lizards, more than 20 species of birds, both nesting and vagrant and scores of butterflies, dragonflies and other insects.

The Villa has a year round cutting garden providing fresh flowers for the tables and bedrooms and grows the following fruit: coconuts, sapodilla, papaya, passion fruit, Jamaican cherries, pomegranate, key limes and tamarind. The herb garden keeps our chef with a constant supply of fresh herbs.
